Technically speaking, Brit Stueven is a coach, writer, speaker, designer, and marketing consultant, but some clients have called her a Concierge of Clarity, Life-Change Facilitator, and Professor a la Inspirationa. ;)

So, what's the story behind THE BREAK CHANGER®?
In 2010, Brit Stueven fell asleep at the wheel on her way to work. She got into an accident, nearly totaled her car, got back in, and still went to work. Her job had taken over her life, her self-care had gone out the window, and her performance was declining.
On the verge of being fired, she had no choice but to take medical leave and heal. Brit vowed never return to that place, but old habits have a way of returning – especially in a world where busyness is a badge of honor.
Two years later, she started working for herself. She thought she had it all down pat. Business was good, so life felt good…on the surface. But a few months after she and her husband moved to Germany in 2014, she decided to press pause on Brit Stueven PR.
Within weeks of being pulled from her hectic lifestyle in Denver and immersing herself in this new environment they’d only be in for two years, she had an AHA moment: Brit had been unknowingly stretching herself sick again. She had forgotten how to take breaks.
Before she re-launched her biz, she craved accountability around self-care, so she created a 10-day, 10-minutes-a-day break challenge called The Break Changer®. Little did she know that this playful experiment would impact hundreds of people, change her life, and change the way she was meant to do business.
One of the biggest AHAs she had? She wasn’t alone in her struggle to slow down. Burnout and exhaustion have become dangerously too familiar.
That’s the bad news. The good news is that every minute of every day we have a choice in our speed. And it all starts by slowing down -- even for 10 minutes. Why?
Taking a break can change everything.
As the creator of TBC, Brit helps people break smarter, work better, and live happier. Since leading that playful break challenge in June 2015, she has worked with close to 2,000 people around the world through various initiatives (online challenges, programs, workshops, speaking engagements).
Her online programs range from 10-minute break challenges to 30-day lifestyle resets to journeys that get people moving forward on that one thing that’s haunting them.
Her in-person sessions help re-energize companies, teams, and entrepreneurs with topics like “The Power of Play,” “Banishing Overwhelm,” “Fail Harder,” “The Lost Art of Listening,” “Brainwriting,” and more.
For six months in Dusseldorf, she launched her productivity sessions with a startup incubator within e.on, one of the largest energy companies in the world. She’s now leading sessions for coworking spaces, tech startups, schools, universities, and networking communities.
She has spoken to large women’s groups such as the American Women’s Club and MOPS and at notable companies like KPMG and Wayin.
Through her programs and workshops, she’s witnessed clients + participants:
